Create Your Gateway
Set up your AI gateway to start processing RFPs
- Navigate to the Admin Dashboard
- Click "New Gateway" in the top right
- Enter a name for your gateway (e.g., "Sales RFP Gateway")
- The gateway will be created and ready to use
Upload Training Data
Train the AI with your best winning proposals
Go to Training Data section and upload:
- Previous winning RFP responses
- Company capability statements
- Product documentation
- Case studies and success stories
- Technical specifications
💡 Pro Tip
Upload at least 5-10 high-quality documents for best results. The AI learns your company's voice and expertise from this data.
Submit Your First RFP
Upload a new RFP document to process
- Go to the RFPs section
- Click "Upload RFP" or paste RFP text
- The system will automatically parse questions
- Questions will appear in a structured format
Generate AI Responses
Let the AI generate compelling responses
Two ways to generate responses:
Method 1: Automatic
- Go to AI Agent dashboard
- Click "Run Next Task"
- Agent processes all questions automatically
Method 2: Chat Interface
- Open chat sidebar (right side)
- Ask "Generate responses for doc X"
- Review and refine responses
Review & Export
Review AI-generated responses and export
Once responses are generated:
- Review each answer in the RFP document view
- Edit or refine answers as needed
- Click "Export" to download the completed RFP
- Responses maintain your company's voice and style
